Program Overview

ManaMind is our mental wellness initiative created  to support the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of our athletes. Rooted in the Hawaiian concept of mana—the spiritual force of strength and influence—ManaMind encourages players to develop resilience, self-awareness, and inner balance both on and off the court.

This program recognizes that peak performance isn’t just physical—it’s mental. By nurturing healthy mindsets, emotional intelligence, and positive coping strategies, we aim to help each athlete build confidence, reduce stress, and thrive in all areas of life.

Core Pillars of ManaMind

  2. Mental Resilience

  3. Emotional Intelligence

Developing communication skills, empathy, and emotional regulation to foster better team dynamics and self-respect.

  4. Community & Connection

Building safe spaces through peer discussions, mentorship circles, and team check-ins that emphasize ohana and mutual support.
