LAVA Rec Season Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes life happens. To ensure we can properly plan our programs and provide the best experience for everyone, we've put a clear refund policy in place. Please take a moment to read it over before you register.



This policy applies to all withdrawals, unless you've already had a discussion with a LAVA Director. If an injury occurs during a LAVA event, we're happy to discuss a prorated rate.

Withdrawing 2 Weeks or More Before the Program Starts

If you need to withdraw from a program, just send us an email at livingalohava@gmail.com at least 14 days before the start date. We'll issue you a refund for your registration fee, with a small $30 administrative fee deducted.

Withdrawing Less Than 2 Weeks Before the Program Starts

Unfortunately, if you withdraw less than 14 days before the program begins, we are unable to offer a refund.

Withdrawing After Practices Begin

Once practices have started, all program fees are non-refundable.

Please Note: We don't typically offer prorated fees, except in the case of an injury sustained at a LAVA event.
